Blue eggs are amazing! I keep a number of breeds that lay blue eggs, and they are my favorite chickens for egg production. Whenever I give eggs to a friend, the array of colors surprises and delights them, but the brilliant blue eggs really “pop” and are almsot always what people comment on first. There are rumors that blue eggs are healthier than white or brown, but the color of the egg shell has no bearing on the quality or taste of the egg inside.
